| Ken Schapiro - President
Ken Schapiro founded Condor Capital in 1988 and serves as its President. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder who manages over $450 million dollars of assets for the portfolios of pension plans, corporations, trusts and individuals. Ken is a member of the Fidelity Investment Manager Referral Program and the TD Waterhouse Institutional Advisor Direct Referral Program. Ken also serves as the President of the Counsel of Independent Financial Advisors (CIFA), a nationally recognized association of independent investment advisors. Ken graduated Cum Laude, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a Master's of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from The University of Colorado at Boulder. Ken can be seen as a frequent guest on CNBC and Bloomberg TV. In addition he has been quoted in the national press regarding stocks and markets. |

Stephen David Tipping - Vice President, Portfolio Management Stephen D. Tipping is Vice-President of Condor Capital. He is responsible for the firm's overall portfolio management. Steve previously worked in public accounting for eight years before joining Condor Capital in November of 1994. He was a senior accountant at a regional firm located in Flemington, New Jersey, from 1990-1994. Prior to this, in 1988 and 1989 he was an accountant at a regional firm located in Somerville, New Jersey, after starting his career as an accountant at KPMG International in Short Hills, New Jersey. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and graduated with honors. Steve received an award for "outstanding student achievement" from the school of business. Steve is Series 7, 63, and 65 registered and is currently enrolled in a program to become a Certified Financial Planner. |

Andrew Novick, Esquire - Vice President, Client Service Andrew Novick is Vice President of Client Service at Condor Capital. He is responsible for meeting with prospective clients, as well as existing clients, to discuss their financial goals and to ensure Condor Capital is managing their investments appropriately. Additionally, Andrew is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP)™ and provides financial planning services and is quoted in the financial press. Prior to joining Condor Capital, Andrew was a financial advisor at Krasney Financial Inc. of Morristown, NJ and E.B. Advisory (now known as Regent Atlantic) of Morristown, NJ, providing fee-based investment management and financial planning services to high net worth individuals and small businesses. He also interned at the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a commodity analyst. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Lafayette College, Easton, PA, and his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law. Andrew also has a Series 7 securities license and is a member of The Financial Planning Association. He is an inactive member of the Bar in the states of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. |

Bernard L. Schapiro, M.D. - Senior Research Analyst Dr. Bernard L. Schapiro, M.D., is the Senior Research Analyst of Condor Capital. He specializes in researching and analyzing pharmaceutical & medical, biotechnology, technology and banking stocks for the clients of the firm. He has held this position since 1995. Dr. Schapiro is a retired family physician and President of Schapiro Solutions, Inc., the successor company of his medical practice corporation. After serving for two years in the US Air Force Medical Corps as a flight surgeon, he has served his community for 38 years as a family physician, and since 1960 has continued to be a member of the medical staff of Hunterdon Medical Center. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry and Philosophy from Cornell University with distinction, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa honorary fraternity, and received his M.D. in medicine from New York University School of Medicine. He is currently a member of the following organizations: American Medical Association, New Jersey; Hunterdon County Medical Societies; American Academy of Family Practice, New Jersey and Hunterdon County Practice Societies. Dr. Schapiro served as director of the Flemington National Bank (now Summit Bank) from 1980 - 1995. He chaired the loan committee from 1991 - 1995, and served as Chair of the Consent Committee under appointment from the Controller of the Currency, USA, from 1991- 1994. He was also a member of the Asset & Liability Committee from 1987 - 1995. He is Ken's father.

Brian Bradford Slater - Senior Portfolio Manager Brian B. Slater is a portfolio manager at Condor Capital. In addition to portfolio management and trading, his responsibilities as part of the Condor research team include utilizing state-of-the-art technology to analyze investment options and provide Condor's investment team with solid research on which to base investment decisions. Brian joined Condor Capital after holding positions at various financial institutions in the Princeton area. Previously, he was a research assistant with Smith Barney, as well as an accounting clerk while attending college. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a minor in economics from Rider University, in Lawrenceville, NJ. Brian is Series 7 and 65 registered. |

Mary K. Policastro - Manager of Client Service Mary K. Policastro's responsibilities include providing marketing and sales support, especially with the advisor referral programs at our account custodians. She is also responsible for meeting with clients and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Mary previously worked for Charles Schwab & Company for 18 years. While at Charles Schwab she was recognized numerous times for excellent client service. Mary earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Kean University with a major in Business and a minor in Early Childhood Education. She is Series 7, 63, 66 and 8 licensed. mary@condorcapital.com |

Michael Walliser - Manager of Corporate Services Michael Walliser is the Manager of Corporate Services at Condor Capital. Michael has been a member of the Corporate Services team since July 2003. He spends most of his time analyzing mutual fund choices within deferred compensation and 401(k) plans while providing general investment advice to corporate clients as well as 401(k) participants. As a member of the investment committee, Michael also presents research on current and existing stocks to be considered by the group. Michael joined Condor Capital after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Political Science. |

Angelica Weber - Operations Manager Angelica Weber is the Operations Manager at Condor Capital and a member of the Client Service Department. She provides key interfaces with new and existing clients to ensure their short and long term goals are met while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. To make sure our clients receive world class customer service, Angelica acts as the liaison between Condor, our clients, and outside brokerage firms. Rahul Shah - Financial Analyst Rahul Shah is a Financial Analyst at Condor Capital, where he works in the Corporate Services department. His chief responsibility involves writing reports after researching and analyzing the various mutual fund choices within the 401 (k) and deferred compensation plans under Condor’s umbrella. Rahul is also a member of the investment committee, where he shares his research on current holdings and potential picks for inclusion into the company’s portfolio. Rahul had been an intern at Condor Capital from March 2005 to May 2006, at which point he became a fulltime employee upon graduation from Rutgers University-Rutgers Business School, New Brunswick, NJ. Jeanette Lucas - Portfolio Administrator Jeanette Lucas is the Portfolio Administrator at Condor Capital. Jeanette is responsible for the daily reconciliation, web upload, and quarterly reporting of client accounts. In addition, she contributes to the investment committee by researching and presenting potential investment opportunities and also conducts qualitative mutual fund analysis in support of the Corporate Services team. Tanya Shivdat - Financial Analyst Tanya is responsible for writing proposals for prospective clients, as well as conducting various financial planning projects and client correspondence. Additionally, Tanya prepares materials for 401(k) clients including investment kits, quarterly performance reviews, and fund commentaries. Robyn Calabrese - Administrative Assistant Robyn Calabrese joined the Condor Capital team in early 2008. Robyn is the bridge between clientele and Condor Capital Management’s client service staff. She also performs a variety of administrative and operational functions that are key to the success of relationships between Condor, its clients, outside brokerage firms, and other external business relationships. Before coming to Condor, Robyn worked for several years in the transportation industry fulfilling similar responsibilities in the areas of customer service and administration. Robyn is also the proud mother of four children.
