Oksana Kavka, FPQP®

Oksana Kavka is a Senior Client Service Specialist at Condor Capital, where she partners closely with clients, advisors, custodians, and colleagues to deliver exceptional service and a seamless client experience. She supports a wide range of client needs, including account openings, asset transfers, required minimum distributions, account maintenance, and other complex account servicing requests.

With nearly 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, Oksana is known for her attention to detail, proactive communication, and dedication to providing personalized, white-glove service. She takes pride in building long-term relationships and helping clients navigate important financial matters with confidence and ease.

Prior to joining Condor Capital, Oksana spent nearly 14 years with two respected wealth management firms in New York and New Jersey, where she supported clients, advisors, and operations teams. Her background includes client onboarding, account transfers, retirement account servicing, cash management, and complex account administration. Oksana is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP®), a Notary Public in the State of New Jersey, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Rutgers University.

Outside of work, Oksana enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and discovering new restaurants. She and her husband, Vlad, enjoy creating lasting memories with their daughters, Katherine and Sofia. Proud of their Ukrainian heritage, they are passionate about preserving their culture, traditions, and language and sharing them with their daughters to help them maintain a strong connection to their family’s roots.
