Kristopher Jones, CFA

Kris graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with bachelor’s degrees in finance and accounting. He began his career as an accountant and web developer at a payment processing company, then earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and joined Condor as a financial analyst and trader.

As Business Innovation Strategist, Kris designs and builds the internal systems Condor runs on, such as the firm’s client relationship management system, its trading and research tools, and the shared data platform beneath them, including integrations with the firm’s custodians and portfolio management systems. He plays a central role in Condor’s adoption of artificial intelligence, working across departments to rebuild manual workflows, and runs the firm’s testing of AI assistants and robo-advisor tools for the Digital Advice Report. His earlier years at Condor as a financial analyst and trader give him firsthand knowledge of the work these systems support.

Outside of the office, Kris enjoys reading and playing video games.
