Manager, Client Service
Amy Thau is the Client Service Manager at Condor Capital. Amy works closely with all other members of the Client Service Team and interacts daily with clients to fulfill any operational requests related to their accounts. She is in regular contact with Condor’s outside brokerages in an effort to provide our clients with superior service. Amy enjoys establishing relationships with Condor’s clients and cultivating a rapport based on trust and the fiduciary principles of acting in the best interest of our clients. It’s very gratifying for her to fall into familiarities with clients over the phone or during meetings.
Amy joined Condor Capital as the Administrative Assistant in May 2012 after graduating with honors from Loyola College in Maryland, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a minor in History (her favorite time period is Colonial America), and has her master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. While looking for work as a school librarian, she heard about an opening at Condor, and she’s been working hard here ever since.
If Amy had to plan out her perfect day, it would include coffee and lots of time to read (librarian, remember?). She also enjoys going on hikes, falling down YouTube wormholes, binging shows on Netflix, traveling when she gets the chance, and spending time with family and friends. She has the best-decorated cube at Condor.
