Monica began at Condor as an intern in 2016 while studying at Rutgers University, eventually graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Inspired by Condor’s dedication to transparency and its fiduciary duty, she went on to become a full-time employee in January 2018.
As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Condor, Monica manages the strategy and execution of digital, print, and email marketing campaigns, and she also handles the aggregation of the resulting data and their analysis. She works in collaboration with IT to maintain affiliated websites and improve SEO. Because of a passion for web and UX design, she is dedicated to improving Condor’s marketing and presentation materials to better accommodate different clients and personnel.
In her spare time, she enjoys video games, reading, and watching animal videos on Youtube — and always accepts recommendations for more channels to follow, even though the to-watch list is getting pretty long!
