Ean Jaffe is a Financial Analyst at Condor Capital Wealth Management, having joined the firm in June 2026. He brings over three years of experience in the wealth management industry. Ean was drawn to Condor because of its fee-only, fiduciary business model and its focus on putting client interests first.

Ean graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is currently pursuing his Master of Finance at Rutgers University. While at UC Riverside, he competed as an NCAA Division I athlete in cross country and track. In his role at Condor, Ean supports the firm’s financial advisors and Investment Committee by conducting in-depth research across individual equities, ETFs, Mutual Funds, and the broader macroeconomic environment. He holds the Series 65 license and is working toward the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Outside the office, Ean is still an avid runner and is training for his first marathon with the goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. A Monmouth County resident, he spends much of his free time at the beach and surfs when the waves are good. Ean follows Formula 1 closely, pulling for McLaren, and is a lifelong New York sports fan, cheering on the Knicks, Yankees, and Giants.
