Brendan Hughes is a Financial Advisor at Condor Capital Wealth Management. He joined Condor in July 2025, bringing over a decade of experience working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals and families. Prior to joining Condor, he spent three years at Corient Private Wealth and five years with Pathstone Family Office, where he developed a deep expertise in comprehensive wealth planning and investment strategy.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Brendan believes that meaningful financial decisions start with understanding a client’s values, priorities, and goals — not just the numbers. He leads with the qualitative side of planning, recognizing that most people make decisions based on what matters most to them personally. Brendan combines this human-first approach with thoughtful analysis to create strategies that are both emotionally aligned and financially sound. His work emphasizes clarity, trust, and long-term partnership.

Outside of the office, Brendan enjoys playing soccer and cheering on his favorite hockey team, the New Jersey Devils. He and his wife, Stephanie, love spending time outdoors with their two dogs, Harvey and Luna.
