Associate Client Service Specialist
Alexa graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ramapo College with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. She got her start as a Client Service Associate at EarthCam, a technology company in Upper Saddle River, NJ. As a Client Service Specialist at EarthCam, Alexa was responsible for onboarding new clients as well as working as an interdepartmental liaison, ensuring that any client questions or requests were handled from beginning to end. Alexa quickly realized that she enjoyed working in a client-facing, dynamic role, and after two and a half years at EarthCam, she decided to branch out and pursue a career in the wealth management industry. She began working at Beacon Pointe Advisors, an RIA in Summit, NJ, as a Client Service Associate and spent the first six months learning everything she could about the field before being assigned a full book of business. At Beacon Pointe, Alexa enjoyed onboarding new clients, as well as assisting existing clients with any money movements, account maintenance or new account openings they might need. After a short stint at a law firm in Hackensack, Alexa had no doubt that her career path was at an RIA, which is what brought her to her current role as Associate Client Service Specialist at Condor Capital. Alexa enjoys forming relationships with the clients at Condor and always makes it a priority to address any of their questions, concerns, and requests with as much care and attention to detail as possible.
Outside of the office, Alexa enjoys spending time at home, reading a book, watching her favorite shows, and cuddling with her cats. On weekends, she loves exploring museums in NYC and trying new breweries and restaurants with family and friends. Her favorite way to stay active is practicing her morning yoga, but she also enjoys taking long walks and hiking in upstate NY.
