Priscilla Zeffiro
Client Service Specialist
Priscilla Zeffiro has been a Client Service Specialist at Condor Capital since August of 2019, enjoying her role performing a variety of tasks as a part of the Client Service team. She works directly with clients to assist them with their procedural needs and maintains daily contact with Condor’s various custodians to support account management and complete client requests. Helping to make our client’s transactional needs simpler and easier is what Priscilla finds to be the most rewarding part of her position.
Her prior work experience is comprised of primarily customer service roles, specifically in retail banking. She began working as a bank teller in 2013 after graduating from Rutgers with a BA in Political Science and eventually trained to be a customer service representative. She enjoyed this new role assisting customers with all their banking needs as a platform representative who could open new accounts and resolve account inquiries, but also complete teller transactions when needed. When the opportunity arose, Priscilla took a role with a broker-dealer firm as a securities associate. With only prior knowledge of bank processes, she relished the opportunity to learn about financial markets, mutual funds, and how financial advisors meet their clients’ needs with a variety of investment portfolios. She maintained daily contact with the firm’s sales representatives at their retail branches to ensure that all advisory forms were completed efficiently and in a timely manner and had some direct contact with clients as a backup phone associate. When the company sold its assets to an out-of-state company, she was fortunate enough to find an opportunity within Condor Capital and is happy to be a part of a team where exceptional client service always comes first.
Outside of Condor, Priscilla keeps herself busy cooking and baking, but also enjoys going for walks in parks, reading, and attending an occasional wine tasting!
